(Eligibility Criteria)

Rising Star Award (Duration 8 mins+2 mins for Q&A)

  • Should have passed post graduate degree/ diploma in ENT
  • Should be APSI member
  • Should be less than 40 years of age
  • Should not have received the same award in the past

Phonocon Oral Presentation for ENT (Duration 8 mins+2 mins for Q&A)

  • Only for ENT surgeons (PGs also eligible)
  • Should not have received the same award in the past

Phonocon Oral Presentation for SLP (Duration 8 mins+2 mins for Q&A)

  • Only for SLPs
  • Should not have received the same award in the past

Poster Presentation

  • Open for both ENT surgeons and SLPs
  • Should not have received the same award in the past

Details of oral presentations

  • Abstracts of oral presentations of all categories should reach the Organising Secretary of the Scientific Committee before 31.10.15
  • All presentations should be power point presentations
  • Abstracts should be < 200 words (Excluding title & author’s name) in Times New Roman, Font size 12 and in double space typing.
  • All abstracts should be of structured pattern (Title, Introduction, Aims or Objectives, Methods, Results, Conclusion)

Details of poster presentation

  • Soft copy of posters should reach the Organising Secretary of the Scientific Committee the 7 days before the conference
  • All posters should be of 3x4 feet (Breadth 3feeet, Length 4 feet)

IMPORTANT:

  • Participants in all categories should register themselves for the conference
  • PGs should carry bonafide certificate from the HODs of their respective department
  • Abstracts of all categories will be screened by the Scientific Committee of APSI and the decision will be intimated to the candidates in due course. Those not selected for oral presentations may compete for poster presentations.

Confirm availability of desired workshop with Organising Secretary by email ([email protected]) prior to sending cheque / demand draft. Organizers reserve the right to cancel the program in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
